Brian Johnson’s journey into the world of BMX began in 1982 when, at the age of 9, he discovered his passion for the sport. Brian rode for Factory Teams, ELF and Free Agent for over four years.

Brian has worked in the Entertainment industry and for various design studios for 30 years. His titles include: Creative Director, Art Director,

Graphics Project Manager, Senior Graphic Designer and Graphic Designer. Brian’s clientele include: Disney, Warner Bros., NBC Universal, Newline Cinema, MGM, FOX and FOX Sports, Sony Playstation and XBOX, Marvel, Mattel, Hasbro, DC Comics and Nickelodeon among others.

After a hiatus, Brian's love for BMX was reignited several years ago when he reconnected with former teammates and fellow riders from the vibrant BMX scene of the 80s. This reunion sparked a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the industry within himself.

Combining his love for racing with his innate talent for design, Brian began channeling his creativity into crafting apparel and jerseys, logos, stickers, print and display ads, outdoor signage and custom art pieces for past riders and teams. His dedication to his craft and keen eye for design has been admired by many.

Furthermore, Brian's creative contributions and work can be seen at the DirtyFest BMX Reunion and also featured on the Dirty Knobs podcast. We at the ABSApro are proud to have Brian as a sponsor!
